ATHLETICS

Eleni started playing water polo eleven years old. She played for one year in Arion Glyfadas and then transferred to Vouliagmeni Nautical Club. In 2021 she joined Olympiacos water polo team and since then she has been playing mainly as a right winger. She has also played several games at the women’s level and the past three years she has been called to participate at the Nationals Team’s Training Camps.

2023: 2nd place at the Vouliagmeni Cup, national Champions at the U17 and U19 Championships. 3rd at an official match called “Izmir tournament” against Turkey’s Women’s National Team.
2022: 3rd place at the U15 Nationals, National Champions at the U17 and U19 Championships.
2021: 2nd place at the U15 Nationals.
2020: 3rd place at the U14 Nationals.
2019: 1st place at the biggest regional match.

PERSONAL

Eleni was born and raised in Athens, Greece. She has a twin sister, Maria, who’s also a water polo player. She also has a younger sister named Joanna. Her father, Ioannis, is a Marine Engineer, and her mother’s name is Sofia.
