ATHLETICS

Isavella started swimming in 2011 at the age of 3 years old. She specializes in backstroke but also enjoys competing in the 800m and 1500m free, 50 fly and 50 free & 100 free.
2023-2024: Isavella improved her PBs by a lot in all backstroke events. She came 3rd in the 50m and 100m backstroke, and 5th in the 200m backstroke at the Winter Junior Championship.
2022-2023: Isavella got 7th place in the 200m backstroke at Junior Nationals, and improved her PB in the 100m backstroke.
2021-2022: Ιsavella was a member of the Junior National team that year. She got 8th place in the 200m backstroke and 9th place in the 1500m freestyle at Junior Nationals.
2020-2021: Isavella came 4th in the 800m freestyle , 5th in the 400m freestyle and 6th in the 200m backstroke at Junior Nationals

AQUANEX™ & College Week Evaluation by Coach Jesse Moore

Isavella participated in our annual College Week of Swimming and was coached under the direction of Coach Jesse Moore (learn more about Coach Moore HERE). Isavella has also been included in our Aquanex™ Program of Swimming Technique and Power Analysis and Improvement.

PERSONAL

Isavella was born and raised in a small town in Northern Greece called Veroia, and has an older sister (28 years old). Her father, Stelios, has his own business and her mother, Juliana, is an accountant. She is currently attending a public high school in her town and every year she is ranked 1st in her class for her academic excellence and dedication to the classroom. Since the beginning of the 2020-2021 season she has been a member of Aris Swimming Team, which is among the top clubs in the Nation, and Isavella has been a top contributor to the team’s success.
