ATHLETICS

Nikolas started swimming in 2012 at the age of three. He specializes in Freestyle middle distance events (200m, 400m). Nikolas is also very talented in sprint and distance Free, Backstroke and IM. Additionally, Nikolas is a valuable member of the Junior National Team of Greece.

2022-2023: Along with many medals in regional meets at various events, Nikolas came 4th in the 400m IM at Junior Nationals.
2021-2022: During that season, Nikolas made huge progress and came 3rd in the 200m IM, 4th in the 400m IM and 5th in the 200m Back at Junior Nationals.
2020-2021: During that year no official meets took place due to COVID-19.
2019-2020: Nikolas came 6th in the 200m free at Pre-Junior Nationals (12y.o.)

AQUANEX™  & College Week Evaluation by Coach Jesse Moore 

Nikolas participated in our annual College Week of Swimming and was coached under the direction of Coach Jesse Moore (learn more about Coach Moore HERE). Nikolas has also been included in our Aquanex™ Program of Swimming Technique and Power Analysis and Improvement.

PERSONAL

Nikolas was born in Athens and raised in Piraeus, Greece. His father’s name is Andreas, his mother’s is Chrisa, and he is the only child in his family.
